Words should inspire action. The sourcebook drafted by Akoya for the Veterans Health Administration drove far-reaching changes in care delivery for women veterans. Securing R&D investment was the action-focused goal of the achievements report we developed for the Disruptive Health Technology Institute, while our zika social media campaign targeted lifesaving selfcare by military service members. And helping state policymakers prevent and prepare for induced seismicity was the goal of our work with experts convened by the Groundwater Protection Council.

Speaking of inspiration, our capital campaign video for the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank showcased leaders from across our city and state who are committed to ending hunger. And a short animation provided personalized recognition for hospitals going the extra mile to promote organ and tissue donation, even amid an unprecedented pandemic.
